THE CHAIRMAN



       As the number 1 restaurant in Asia the Chairman restaurant has a very simple designs and decorations. The restaurant's design is different from other restaurants, the walls are box like foam when you look at it on it's pictures and it is painted in white. The restaurant also has some paintings attached to the wall, these paintings are also very simple paintings and it really fits the box like structure of the wall. The chairman restaurant specialized in Cantonese cuisine, the restaurant always observe freshness of their ingredients. Their most popular dish is the Steamed Flowery Crab,
      It is steamed with 15 year old Chinese wine, chicken fat and clam juice, and served alongside fragrant chicken oil and flat rice noodles.




ODETTE


  
       Odette is the number 2 restaurant in Asia. It is a French cuisine and evolve here in Asia for a little Asian twist. The restaurant has a capacity of around 30 to 35 people, it is located within the National Art Gallery. Inside the restaurant we can clearly see any forms of arts as a decorations. The owner and chef of the restaurant has a very beautiful box that has a jam inside and it is a gift for the guests when they are about to leave the restaurant, it is given to the guests as memories to the restaurant.       
Pigeon Beak to Tail, is the restaurant's signature dish, it's a French cuisine and has an interesting Asian twist, the pepper use for the crust of the pigeon comes form Cambodia and it's called Kampot pepper, and they have a special plate that is designed only for the dish, they also put a little message on the leg of the pigeon for the guests to know more about the dish.




DEN

       Den restaurant is ranked the number 3 best restaurant in Asia. It is a Japanese cuisine and it's chef is Zaiyu Hasegawa. I love the internal design of the restaurant, it's table and chairs you can clearly see that it is made of woods and it make you feel at home. They also have some vip room where you can clearly see what the chef's are doing, the vip room also has a wooden decorations. Chef Zaiyu Hasegawa's best dish is the Den-Tuckey Fried Chicken,
it is put inside a box where there are some information about the chef, inside a box is a little chicken figure along with the dish. The chicken wings is stuffed with a mix of red rice, carrot and pine nuts.



What are the similarities and differences between these three famous restaurants?


       Well, let's talk about their differences first. As an aspiring chef I noticed that each of them has a different ways or styles in cooking. The Chairman, they specialize Cantonese cuisine. Odette, this restaurant specialized French cuisine and has a little Asian twist on their dishes. Lastly, the Den restaurant, they specialize Japanese cuisine. Now let's talk about their similarities. These three famous restaurants are very similar when it comes to welcoming their guests and on how they value them.
